Delivery of Interim Financial Statements. Within fifteen (15) days after the end of each month after the execution of this Agreement and prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Buyer monthly and year-to-date consolidated interim financial statements of the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International. Upon delivery, such interim financial statements shall automatically become and be deemed to be Financial Statements for purposes of this Agreement.
