Common use of Delivery of Invoices Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Invoices. All invoices issued under Schedule 7, or statements of amounts payable under Schedule 4, Schedule 5 or Schedule 8, under the Network Code, or under the Traction Electricity Rules, shall be delivered by hand at, or sent by prepaid first class post or by facsimile transmission (with confirmation copy by prepaid first class post) or by email (where the parties agree) to, the address for service for the recipient specified in Schedule 1 and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee in accordance with clause 18.4.3.

Delivery of Invoices. All invoices issued under Schedule 7, or statements of amounts payable under Schedule 4, Schedule Schedules 5 or Schedule 8, under 8 or the Network Code, or under the Traction Electricity Rules, shall be delivered by hand at, or sent by prepaid first class post or by facsimile transmission (with confirmation copy by prepaid first class post) or by email (where the parties agree) to, the address for service for the recipient specified in Schedule 1 and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee in accordance with clause Clause 18.4.3.
