Common use of Delivery of Non-Disturbance Agreement Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Non-Disturbance Agreement. Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to Tenant a commercially reasonable subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement (“SNDA”) executed by the beneficiaries under any deeds of trust which encumber the Premises as of the Effective Date hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have caused their duly authorized representatives to execute this Lease as of the day and date first above written.
