Common use of Delivery of Notes Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Notes. The Agents shall have received, for the account of each Lender that shall have requested a Note not less than two Business Days prior to the Closing Date, a Note of each applicable Tranche duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower.

Delivery of Notes.
