Common use of Delivery of Order Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Order. As soon as practicable after the fulfillment or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article VII hereof, or on such later date as may be mutually agreed to between Buyer and the Company, the Company and Buyer will cause to be delivered to the Registrar of Companies in Dublin, Ireland, a copy of the final court order of the High Court sanctioning the Scheme and the order of the High Court confirming the Capital Reduction (the "FINAL COURT ORDER") and the minute required by Section 75 of the Companies Act, as described in Article V hereof.
