Common use of Delivery of Orders Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Orders. 3.1 In case the delivery services are provided by the Partner, the Partner marks the Order as “Picked Up” once the Order has been picked up by the Partner’s employee and/or contractor for the delivery. 3.2 After handing over the possession of the Order to the Client by the Partner’s employee and/or contractor, the Partner marks the Order as “Delivered” on the Bolt Food Platform. 3.3 If the Client fails to take possession of the Order (does not pick up the phone, does not answer the door, etc), the Partner’s employee and/or contractor has to contact the Client on the phone number indicated on the Bolt Food Platform on at least 3 separate occasions and stay with the Order at the Drop-Off Location during a 10 minute time frame.
