Common use of Delivery of Payments Clause in Contracts

Box 809, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044, Attn: Servicing - Accounting Manager, or at such other place as Lender may designate to Borrower in writing from time to time in immediately available funds. All amounts due under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be paid without setoff, counterclaim or any other deduction whatsoever.
