DELIVERY OF POWER, METERING & MONITORING. 4.1 Purchase & Sale (a) Commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and continuing throughout the Term, Seller shall sell and deliver at the Delivery Point, and Buyer shall purchase and accept from Seller at the Delivery Point, and pay for, the Adjusted Delivered Energy as follows: Adjusted Delivered Energy multiplied by the Base Contract Price as per Exhibit 4. Seller shall only Schedule and deliver Energy and Environmental Attributes from the Generating Facilities. The Output represents a package of services and benefits including reduction in the Buyer’s peak demand from PG&E.
