Delivery of Programs. The Programs reflect the Provider’s documentation and the requirements of this Contract in regard to: content, and expected student outcomes. Responsibility Matrix to include: The responsibilities of the Home School and Provider in respect of executing and monitoring each of the above. Engagement and Wellbeing Students participating in the Program are provided with engagement and wellbeing support including but not limited to the areas of: Behaviour support and management Student participation Holistic individual support Parent and family engagement Responsibility Matrix to include: The responsibilities of the Home School and Provider in respect of each of the above, with reference to relevant policies and procedures in place.
