Common use of Delivery of Source Materials Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Source Materials. WEA shall, at WEA’s sole expense, deliver to Company (or to such suppliers as Company may designate) all Source Materials. WEA shall retain title to all Source Materials supplied to Company or its designees, including all digital files derived from such Source Materials. Company shall maintain systems at no charge to WEA so as to be able to receive Source Materials in digital form and online, which shall include metadata and digital proofs.

Delivery of Source Materials. WEA To the extent that Company elects to utilize the Manufacturing and Packaging Services, Company shall, at WEA’s Company's sole expense, deliver to Company WEA (or to such suppliers as Company WEA may designate) all Source Materials. WEA Source Materials shall be of a quality suitable to comply with WEA's technical standards. Company shall retain title to all Source Materials supplied to Company WEA or its designees, including all digital files derived from such Source Materials. Company shall maintain systems at no charge to WEA so as to be able to receive Source Materials in digital form and online, which shall include metadata and digital proofs.
