Delivery of the System. (a) You shall deliver System and Documents and install the Software on the System by the date in the Project plan. (b) You shall deliver all Versions of the System to us within ten (10) Business Days of its general availability and provide all necessary support and documentation for its installation and use. (c) You shall deliver the System in machine readable format and install the Software on the System and provide us with copies of all Documents before installation of the Software is complete.
