Common use of Delivery of the Utilisation Request Clause in Contracts

Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrowers may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 4:00 p.m. (London time) (or such later time as the Agent may agree), two (2) Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date. The Borrowers may deliver no more than one (1) Utilisation Request.
