Common use of Delivery of the Clause in Contracts

In addition, in the event that any or all of the Option Shares are purchased by the Underwriter, delivery of the Option Shares against payment therefor shall take place at the above-mentioned offices of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Traurig (or at such other place as may be designated by agreement between you and the Company), at 10:00 a.m., New York time, on the Option Closing Date as specified in the notice from the Underwriter to the Company.
