Common use of Delivery of Voting Trust Certificates Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Voting Trust Certificates. Upon receipt by the Voting Trustee of the certificates for any Trust Shares as provided in Section 1.1, the Voting Trustee shall hold such shares subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Shareholder voting trust certificates (“Voting Trust Certificates”) representing the Trust Shares so deposited by the Shareholder in the form provided for in Section 2.1 hereof.
