Delivery Terms and Conditions. The delivery terms agreed by the Parties are specified in the acknowledged purchase order with a grace period of 5 working days. In case the original Purchase Order is modified, the renegotiated delivery date shall apply. Prior to delivery, the Seller shall make sure that the fabric corresponds to the technical specifications of the technical data sheet. The Seller shall inform about any differences in the lots belonging to the same delivery in terms of seizing and/or yarns.
