DELIVERY TERMS AND DELIVERY TIME. 10.1 The terms of supply and delivery of the TCTW shall be DAP at ISR’s Site, and subject to the expressed terms and conditions defined herein in this Agreement (the "Delivery Terms"). 10.2 The time of delivery for of the TCTW shall not exceed fourteen (14) months following the issuance of the Purchase Order ("Delivery Time"). 10.3 Any unjustifiable delay of ISR in procurement of the Down Payment (Section 9.1) and/or Second Payment (Section9.2) shall extend the Delivery Time accordingly. 10.4 As an integral part of the delivery of the TCTW and concurrently with the supply of the TCTW, Supplier shall supply to ISR on DAP terms to ISR Site (i) the complete and full set of all Spare Parts for Preventive Maintenance and Calibration for all TCTW to for the be carried out during the Warranty Period. The Delivery Terms and Delivery Time of the TCTW shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Spare Parts for Preventive Maintenance and Calibration (ii) a detailed and comprehensive maintenance plan for 20 (twenty) years of the preventive maintenance of the TCTW to be approved by ISR in writing and in advance ("Maintenance Plan"). For the avoidance of any doubt, Supplier shall not be entitled to Final Acceptance Certificate unless it provides ISR with all of the Spare Parts List (which include the Spare Parts for Preventive Maintenance and Calibration) and the Maintenance Plan. 10.5 At least sixty (60) days prior to Delivery Time, Supplier shall submit to ISR the documentation detailed in Section 17 of the Technical Specifications. 10.6 It is hereby stated by Supplier and mutually understood by the Parties, that notwithstanding the Delivery Time, Supplier shall make its best efforts, in order to shorten the Delivery Time, as much as possible.

At least sixty (60) 60 days prior to Delivery Time, Supplier shall submit to ISR the documentation detailed in Section 17 of the Technical Specifications. 10.6 13.6. The terms of supply and delivery of the Work Consumables shall be DAP at Site, and subject to the express terms and conditions defined in this Agreement. The time for delivery of the Work Consumables shall not exceed ninety (90) days following the issuance of a Purchase Order for Work Consumables. 13.7. It is hereby stated by Supplier and mutually understood by the Parties, that notwithstanding the Delivery Time, Supplier shall make its best efforts, in order efforts to shorten the Delivery Time, Time as much as possible.
