Common use of Delivery to Agent Clause in Contracts

Delivery to Agent. All of the certificates and instruments representing or evidencing Negotiable Collateral and Instruments have been endorsed, and/or issued and delivered to the Agent in accordance with Section 3.02. No amount payable to the Company under or in connection with any Account is evidenced by any Instrument or Negotiable Collateral which has not been delivered to the Agent.

Delivery to Agent. All of the certificates and instruments representing or evidencing Negotiable Collateral and Instruments have been endorsed, and/or issued and delivered to the Agent in accordance with Section 3.02. No amount payable to the Company such Grantor under or in connection with any Account is evidenced by any Instrument or Negotiable Collateral which has not been delivered to the Agent.
