Demand Forecasts. ViaCell shall provide Amgen a written report containing a forecasted estimate of the following Calendar Year's requirements of Contributed Products. The report will include monthly requirements for each SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and will be delivered in the prior Calendar Year in time to meet Amgen's budget timeline.
