Common use of Demands, Notices, Communications Clause in Contracts

Demands, Notices, Communications. All formal demands, notices and communications by and between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and the Holder of any Certificate shall be in writing and delivered in person or by first class mail, postage prepaid (a) if to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, to the Corporate Secretary of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, or to such other address as shall be set forth in a notification to Holders or (b) if to a Holder of a Class, to such Holder at its address shown on the books of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae. Any notice so mailed within the time prescribed in this Trust Agreement shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given whether or not the Holder receives such notice.
