All formal demands, notices and communications by and among ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, the Trustee, the I-REMIC Interest Registrar and any I-REMIC Interest Holder will be in writing (which may include an electronic message, communication over the internet or other technological method that becomes available for the transfer of information) and delivered in person or by first class mail, postage prepaid, or by facsimile or electronic transmission (which transmission will be deemed received only upon telephonic or electronic confirmation of receipt, except in the case of a communication by means of posting on an internet site or other technological method by which the information is made available for access by the party to whom the communication is being given): (a) if to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, to the General Counsel, Attention: Securitization Counsel, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, or to such other address or addresses as is set forth in a notification to such Holder;
