Common use of Demise Clause in Contracts

Demise. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord upon and subject to the terms, covenants and conditions set forth herein, the Premises described in Section 1.7 hereof (the “Premises”).

Demise. For and in consideration of the covenants and agreements contained herein and other valuable consideration, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord upon and subject to the terms, covenants and conditions set forth herein, the Premises described in Section 1.7 hereof (to have and to hold upon the “Premises”).following terms and conditions.‌
