Common use of Demised Premises Clause in Contracts

Demised Premises. Landlord hereby leases unto Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the Demised Premises, upon and subject to the covenants, agreements, terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and reservations of this Lease.

Demised Premises. Landlord hereby leases unto to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the Demised Premises, upon and subject to the covenants, agreements, terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and reservations of this Lease.

Demised Premises. Landlord hereby leases unto to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the Demised Premises, upon and subject to the covenants, agreements, terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and reservations provisions of this Lease, the premises (the "Demised Premises") owned by Landlord and described on Schedule A annexed hereto.

Demised Premises. Subject to the terms, provisions and conditions set forth herein and in consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations herein made, Landlord hereby leases unto the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, the Demised Premises, upon and subject to the covenants, agreements, terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and reservations of this Lease.
