Democratic Values. A. The parties seek to educate young people in the democratic tradition to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ recognition of individual freedom and social responsibility to inspire meaningful awareness of and respect for the Constitution and the ▇▇▇▇ of Rights, and to instill appreciation of the values of individual personality. B. Freedom of individual expression will be encouraged and fair procedures will be developed to safeguard the legitimate interest of the school and to exhibit by appropriate examples the basic objectives of a democratic society. C. In the event there is a disagreement between the teacher and supervisor concerning the above mentioned concepts, a committee consisting of a teacher appointed by the Association and a Board representative may be requested by the teacher to meet with the teacher and the supervisor. The committee shall objectively evaluate the issues of disagreement and make recommendations for a solution to the disagreement.
