Common use of Demolition of the Project Clause in Contracts

Demolition of the Project. Except as hereinafter provided, Tenant shall not demolish the Project during the Term. If the Project is substantially destroyed as a result of a fire or other casualty and it is necessary in connection with a Restoration to demolish the remainder of the Project, Tenant shall have the right, subject to compliance with the terms of Article 8 and Article 11, to demolish the remainder of the Project.
