Demonstration Disc Programs. SCEA may, from time to time, provide opportunities for Publisher to participate in SCEA Demo Disc programs. in addition, SCEA may, from time to time, grant to Publisher the right to create Third Party Demo Discs pursuant to SCEA Established Third Party Demo Disc Programs. The specifications with respect to the approval, creation, manufacture, marketing, distribution and sale of any such demo disc programs shall be set forth in the PSP SourceBook or in other documentation to be provided by SCEA to Publisher. Except as otherwise specifically set forth herein, in the PSP SourceBook or in other documentation, Third Party Demo Discs shall be considered “Licensed PSP Products” and shall be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of this Agreement pertaining to Licensed PSP Products. in addition, the following procedures shall also apply to SCEA Demo Discs:
