Demonstrators Sample Clauses

The "Demonstrators" clause defines the terms under which one party provides sample products or prototypes to the other party for evaluation or demonstration purposes. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions for use, handling, and return of the demonstrator items, and may specify limitations on liability or restrictions on further distribution. Its core function is to clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding the demonstrators, thereby reducing misunderstandings and protecting the interests of the provider.
