Common use of Denial of Application Clause in Contracts

Denial of Application. After notifying COMPASS that BellSouth has no available space in the requested Central Office (“Denial of Application”), BellSouth will allow COMPASS, upon request, to tour the entire Central Office within ten (10) business days of such Denial of Application. In order to schedule said tour within ten (10) business days, the request for a tour of the Central Office must be received by BellSouth within five (5) business days of the Denial of Application.
