Common use of Dental Coverage Clause in Contracts

Dental Coverage. The Employer shall pay all monthly premiums for regular full-time and part-time employees and their eligible dependents for a dental plan covering one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the basic plan, and sixty percent (60%) of the extended plan, and sixty percent (60%) of the orthodontic plan available for eligible dependent children only (up to 21 years of age). Such dental coverage shall be available pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
