Department Clarifications of University Criteria. The department clarifications, described in this section shall provide context for the broader University criteria and: (1) be consistent with university requirements and faculty work assignments; (2) be detailed enough that a reasonable professor should be informed about the expectations for performance or accomplishments which are necessary to earn reappointment or promotion, assuming that the accomplishments are of sufficient quality, quantity, and consistency, and; (3) identify some representative examples of the achievements or performance characteristics which, if the requirement or distinction were met, are appropriate comparisons for reappointment or promotion.
Department Clarifications of University Criteria. The chair and the faculty in each department shall develop and maintain written clarifications of the University's tenure and promotion criteria in terms tailored to the department's discipline(s) and assigned duties and consistent with University standards. Such discipline-specific clarifications must be agreed to in a secret-ballot vote by a majority of all tenured and tenure-accruing faculty of the department and must be approved by the ▇▇▇▇ and included in the department's bylaws in accordance with the bylaws provisions of this Agreement.   • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.
