Common use of Department Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Department Policies and Procedures. The Grantee agrees to follow policies and procedures of the Department including but not limited to the most recently published Program Implementation Handbook and 24 CFR 570, and any subsequent amendments or changes. The Grantee understands the Department has discretion to establish and revise the policies and procedures necessary to administer the CDBG Program. In the event of a conflict between Department policies and procedures and 24 CFR 570, the Department, in its discretion, shall determine which Department policies and procedures or parts of Department policies and procedures apply.
