Common use of Department Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Department Policies and Procedures. The Grantee agrees to follow all policies and procedures of the Department including, but not limited to those outlined in the Grant Announcement, the implementation policy materials issued by the Department. The Grantee understands the Department has discretion to establish and revise the policies and procedures necessary to administer the Flexible Facilities Program and agrees to follow any such additions or revisions to its policies and procedures.
