Departure from Loading Facility. SELLER shall give Notice to BUYER not more than twenty-four (24) hours after Vessel departs from the Loading Facility specifying: (i) the Vessel name, (ii) the quantity and quality of the Product as determined by the Loading Inspector, and (iii) the expected date and time of arrival at the designated Delivery Point.
