Dependent Coverage. EMPLOYEES selecting dependent coverage pursuant to the Plan shall be responsible for the payment of premiums as set on an annual basis. Annual premiums are effective January 1 and may be adjusted each year during the term of this agreement pursuant to an actuarial recommendation.
