Depending on the country, MLJ’s international supervised provider or the country’s Central Authority will initially identify the Child for adoption and provide the child’s background study. MLJ’s international supervised provider or the Country’s Central Authority or its designee in a specific country, will make reasonable efforts to secure necessary consent or termination of parental rights to adoption.
