Deployment Planning. The EMS Agency understands that Contractor will be developing enhanced coverage and deployment plans during its term of operations. Coverage plan modifications, throughout the term of this Agreement, including any changes in post locations, priorities or hour of day coverage levels, will be made at Contractor’s discretion, subject to EMS review.
