Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements. (a) Annexed as Schedule 5.21(a) is a list of all DDAs maintained by the Loan Parties, which Schedule includes, with respect to each DDA (i) the name and address of the depository institution; (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository institution; and (iii) the identification of each Cash Management Bank, in each case, as of the Closing Date. (b) Annexed as Schedule 5.21(b) is a list describing all arrangements as to which any Loan Party is a party with respect to the processing and/or payment to such Loan Party of the proceeds of any credit card charges and debit card charges for sales made by such Loan Party, in each case, as of the Closing Date.
