Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements. (a) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.24(a) is a list of all DDAs, Securities Accounts, collections accounts, concentration accounts, checking accounts, and lockboxes maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date, which Schedule includes, with respect to each DDA and Securities Account (i) the name and address of the depository or intermediary; (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository or intermediary; (iii) a contact person at such depository or intermediary, (iv) the identification of each Blocked Account Bank, and (v) whether such DDA is an Excluded DDA or a Retail DDA, if applicable. (b) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.24(b) is a list of all agreements as of the Closing Date to which any Loan Party is a party with respect to the processing and/or payment to such Loan Party of the proceeds of any credit card charges and debit card charges for sales made by such Loan Party.
