Common use of DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS; POWERS OF ATTORNEY Clause in Contracts

DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS; POWERS OF ATTORNEY. Company has delivered to Parent an accurate list (which is set forth on Schedule 6.23) as of the date of the Agreement setting forth: (i) the name of each financial institution in which Company has accounts or safe deposit boxes; (ii) the names in which the accounts or boxes are held; (iii) the type of account and account number; and (iv) the name of each person authorized to draw thereon or have access thereto. Schedule 6.23 also sets forth the name of each person, corporation, firm or other entity holding a general or special power of attorney from Company and a description of the terms of such power.
