Deposit Limitations Clause Samples

Deposit Limitations. The daily limit on consumer mobile deposits is $5,000.00, and 10 Items. The daily limit for non-consumers is $10,000, and 10 items; with an aggregate limit of $25,000 per 10 calendar days. Each deposit may be comprised of only one check.

Deposit Limitations. All deposits are subject to later verification by us. We may return or refuse to accept all or any part of a deposit to your Account using the Service at any time and will not be liable for doing so even if such action causes checks or other debits to your Account to be dishonored and returned.

Deposit Limitations. Extraco and Business Entity agree that Extraco may at its sole discretion limit the dollar amount of Electronic Deposits acceptable from Business Entity and that such limits may be imposed per deposit or on a daily, weekly or any other aggregate basis at the option of Extraco. Extraco may but is not required to notify Business Entity in advance of any such limitations. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement and understanding between the parties related to the subject matter of this Agreement as of the date hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

We may return or refuse to accept all or any part of a deposit to your Account using the Mobile Deposit service at any time and will not be liable for doing so even if such action causes checks or other debits to your Account to be dishonored and returned. The aggregate daily deposit limit for deposits made through Mobile Deposit service is subject to change at any time, with or without notice. The following are check items not accepted for deposit through the Mobile Deposit service:

Deposit Limitations. You may send multiple Files to the Credit Union throughout the day, not to exceed $5,000.00 per check or $5,000.00 per day. If the total dollar value of the Files sent by you to the Credit Union on any day exceeds the Deposit Limit, the Credit Union may, at its option, refuse to accept the File that exceeds the Deposit Limit, or the Credit Union may accept and process the File. The Credit Union reserves the right to change the Deposit Limitations. All such changes shall be effective immediately and may be implemented prior to your receipt of notice thereof. You may contact the Credit Union at any time, during business hours, to verify the current Deposit Limitations.

Deposit Limitations. The current daily maximum amount that can be deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service on any Business Day is $2,500.00, unless specified otherwise in the Cash Management Agreement (if applicable). Bank, however, reserves the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of transactions made by Customer using the Mobile Deposit Service and to modify such limits from time to time. Funds deposited using the Mobile Deposit Service after the Cut-Off Time or on a non-Business Day (or both) will apply to the daily maximum amount for the next Business Day.

Deposit Limitations. You may use Mobile Check Deposit to deposit no more than a total of $1,000.00 per day item, and for a total not to exceed $2,000.00 in any 1 day period. You may use Mobile Check Deposit to deposit no more than a total of $4,000.00 per rolling 30 days.

Deposit Limitations. OCCU may establish limits on the aggregate or individual dollar amount of checks deposited using the remote deposit service, and shall notify you if it does. You agree to abide by such limits.
