Common use of Deposit of Moneys Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Moneys. Prior to 10:00 a.m. New York City time on each Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Purchase Date and the Final Maturity Date, the Company shall deposit with the Paying Agent in immediately available funds money sufficient to make cash payments, if any, due on such Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Purchase Date or Final Maturity Date, as the case may be, in a timely manner which permits the Paying Agent to remit payment to the Holders on such Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Purchase Date or Final Maturity Date, as the case may be.
