Common use of Deposit of Moneys Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Moneys. Prior to 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on each Interest Payment Date and on the Maturity Date, the Company shall have deposited with the Paying Agent in immediately available funds money sufficient to make cash payments, if any, due on such Interest Payment Date or Maturity Date, as the case may be, in a timely manner which permits the Paying Agent to remit payment to the Holders on such Interest Payment Date or Maturity Date, as the case may be.
