Deposit of Purchase Price or Fundamental Change Purchase Price. At or before 10 a.m., New York City time, on the Business Day following a Repurchase Date or a Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be, the Company shall deposit with the Trustee or with the Paying Agent (or, if the Company or an Affiliate of the Company is acting as the Paying Agent, shall segregate and hold in trust as provided in Section 2.04 hereof) an amount of money and/or securities, if permitted hereunder, sufficient to pay the aggregate Purchase Price or Fundamental Change Purchase Price, as the case may be, of all the Securities or portions thereof which are to be purchased as of such Repurchase Date or Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, as the case may be.
