Common use of Deposit of the Redemption Price Clause in Contracts

Deposit of the Redemption Price. On or before the Calculation Date next preceding any Redemption Date, the Transferor or the Bond Insurer, as applicable, shall deposit with the Trustee or with the Paying Agent an amount of monies sufficient to pay the Redemption Price of all Certificates which are to be redeemed on such Redemption Date plus any fees due hereunder, and all amounts due to the Bond Insurer under the Insurance Agreement.
