Deposit Updates. Depositor shall update the deposit materials from --------------- time to time to conform to the most current release of the TVS Software that is licensed pursuant to the License Agreement. Such updates will be added to the existing deposit. All deposit updates shall be listed on a new Attachment B and the new Attachment B shall be signed by Depositor. The processing of all deposit updates shall be in accordance with Sections 1.2 through 1.4
