Depositor May Own Notes Sample Clauses

The "Depositor May Own Notes" clause establishes that the depositor in a financial transaction is permitted to purchase, hold, or otherwise own the notes or securities issued as part of the transaction. In practice, this means the depositor is not restricted from acquiring interests in the notes, either at issuance or in the secondary market, and may do so for investment, hedging, or other purposes. This clause clarifies the depositor's rights and removes potential conflicts of interest concerns, ensuring transparency and flexibility in the management and ownership of the issued notes.
