Deposits and Withdrawals. You acknowledge that OANDA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse: (a) Deposits to your Account, including without limitation, Deposits made from third party sources; and (b) Withdrawals from your Account which are directed to third party recipients. OANDA shall not be obligated to accept or act on any amendment to, or cancellation of any Deposit or Withdrawal transmitted to OANDA.
