Common use of Deposits of Monies Clause in Contracts

Deposits of Monies. Prior to 12:00 p.m. noon New York City time on each Interest Payment Date and maturity date, the Company shall have deposited with the Paying Agent in immediately available funds money sufficient to make cash payments, if any, due on such Interest Payment Date and maturity date, as the case may be, in a timely manner which permits the Paying Agent to remit payment to the Holders on such Interest Payment Date and maturity date, as the case may be.
