Common use of Deposits to Lock-Box Accounts Clause in Contracts

Deposits to Lock-Box Accounts. Instruct, or cause the Servicer to instruct, all Obligors to make payments in respect of Pool Receivables to a Lock-Box Account and, if the Seller or any Originator shall otherwise receive any Collections (including, without limitation, any Collections deemed to have been received by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.9), segregate and hold in trust such Collections and deposit such Collections, or cause such Collections to be deposited, to a Lock-Box Account within 2 Business Days following such receipt.

Deposits to Lock-Box Accounts. Instruct, or cause the Servicer to instruct, Instruct all Obligors to make payments in respect of Pool Receivables to a Lock-Box Account and, if the Seller or any Originator Servicer shall otherwise receive any Collections (including, without limitation, any Collections deemed to have been received by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.92.09), segregate and hold in trust such Collections and deposit such Collections, or cause such Collections to be deposited, to a Lock-Box Account within 2 Business Days following such receipt.

Instruct, or cause the Servicer to instruct, Instruct all Obligors to make payments in respect of Pool Receivables to a Lock Box or a Lock-Box Account and, if the Seller or any Originator Servicer shall otherwise receive any Collections (including, without limitation, any Collections deemed to have been received by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.9), segregate and hold in trust such Collections and deposit such Collections, or cause such Collections to be deposited, to a Lock-Box the Concentration Account within 2 two Business Days following after the end of the week of such receipt.
