Common use of Depots Clause in Contracts

Depots. At the signing of this Agreement depots will be Victoria and Vancouver. In the event the Company opens any new depots, the Company will give the Union ninety (90) days written notice of the plan to open a new depot and will meet with the Union as soon as possible to discuss a smooth transition to the new depot under the terms of the collective agreement.
