Derived Data. Company shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest (including associated IP Rights) in and to any Derived Data that Company has generated, collected, developed and/or compiled based on any Data or information it has become aware of, directly or indirectly with respect to or in connection with Customer in its provision of Solution.
